About Cheryl
Cheryl Gladney is a native of Silicon Valley from Menlo Park, California. She grew up collecting rent at 13 years old and purchased her first home in California at 23.
She has extensive real estate management, budgeting, and sales experience. She is a Course Creator, Investor, Author, Mom of two, Wife, and Business Leader who has negotiated, purchased and sold properties worth over 7+ million dollars in today’s value.
Her global online course teaches students how to purchase real estate investments, duplicate the process, and grow wealth in real estate.
Over the years she has held jobs as a University and Human Resources Administrator, Grant Writer, Realtor, and Teacher. She was a part of the Distinguished Speaker Series, “Women in Business/Entrepreneur” seminar.
